Install, commission, and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and industrial cooling units.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to electrical systems, mechanical components, and refrigerant-related malfunctions.
Perform repairs and replace various components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control boards, as needed.
Safely manage refrigerants through proper recovery, recycling, and recharging procedures.
Maintain precise documentation of service activities and provide clients with guidance on enhancing energy efficiency.
Handle emergency breakdown calls promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Django. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, particularly Git, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a dedication to continuous learning are also necessary.
A recognized qualification such as the OND, Trade Test Certificate, or an equivalent credential in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R&A), Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to four years of practical experience in R&A or HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of heating and cooling infrastructure.
