Purpose

To cultivate outstanding client experiences, the role involves overseeing client relationships, addressing inquiries, addressing concerns, and guaranteeing a smooth transition throughout the property sales and acquisition process.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance across assigned functions. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve established goals. Analyze data, metrics, and performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving informed decision-making. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold governance standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, guidance, and support to facilitate seamless operations.

Act as the central liaison for clients, prospects, investors, and property buyers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all interactions.

Ensure timely and courteous responses to client inquiries while delivering precise details regarding properties, available services, pricing structures, and transaction processes.

Develop and nurture enduring client connections to bolster satisfaction, foster loyalty, and ensure long-term retention.

Consistently reach out to new leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication with current clients to foster ongoing relationships and enhance the effectiveness of sales conversion initiatives.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements.

Address client complaints, concerns, and service-related issues with professionalism while prioritizing prompt resolution.

Responsibilities include managing and refreshing client records, documenting interactions, capturing feedback, and recording transaction history in the company’s database system.

Facilitate seamless property transactions by adeptly guiding clients through acquisition, leasing, or investment processes, ensuring each step delivers a smooth and rewarding experience.

Collect client feedback and formulate actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing service delivery and boosting customer satisfaction.

Compile regular reports detailing client engagement metrics, satisfaction assessments, complaint logs, and retention initiatives to ensure comprehensive tracking and analysis.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior experience leading initiatives are highly desirable. Additionally, the role demands a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service Management, or a closely related field is required.

A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Account Management, or a closely related field is required.

Required is prior experience in a Client Relationship Manager or Customer Service Professional role within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management sector.

Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written mediums.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required to effectively engage with stakeholders and foster productive partnerships.

The candidate must demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities, strong problem-solving capabilities, and effective conflict-resolution expertise.

Demonstrates exceptional skill in juggling multiple clients and competing priorities with precision and efficiency.

Proven expertise in leveraging Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is required.
