This position serves a dual purpose, integrating client relationship management with business development. You will oversee the facilitation and coordination of cryogenic transport logistics and fertility concierge services for our clients throughout Nigeria and internationally, in addition to actively contributing to our company’s expansion by cultivating and securing new partnerships and client accounts.

Oversee and execute key operational duties, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards. Manage project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, providing stakeholders with timely updates and insights. Address and resolve issues promptly, applying problem-solving techniques to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Coordinate and facilitate the seamless execution of both domestic and international cryogenic shipments while ensuring high-quality concierge service delivery throughout the process.

Act as the main liaison for current clients, maintaining consistently high standards of service throughout their engagement.

Identify and cultivate new partnerships with clinics, referral networks, and individual clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with organizational objectives.

Drive the expansion of CML’s footprint in Nigeria and extend its reach to international markets.

Maintain precise documentation while ensuring clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners.

Frequent domestic and international travel may be necessary to engage with clients and partners as needed.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, adaptability to changing environments, and a commitment to continuous learning. Additional requirements include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards is also preferred.

A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding a degree in healthcare or a closely aligned discipline.
