A dynamic Client Acquisition Executive is sought to drive tangible results.

The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition initiatives, implement marketing campaigns, oversee customer relationship management, and contribute to sales growth by leveraging both digital and field-based approaches.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are achieved efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of quality. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, mentoring staff, and delegating responsibilities effectively. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior management to drive informed decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards while mitigating risks. Represent the organization in external engagements, including partnerships, negotiations, and public relations initiatives, to bolster reputation and growth.

Execute on-site sales initiatives to secure and expand the client base by identifying prospective customers and converting them into new business relationships.

Devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the customer base and enhancing market penetration.

Oversee all social media channels, crafting compelling content designed to captivate and expand the customer base.

Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns aimed at elevating the visibility and appeal of our products and services to target audiences.

Develop and implement dynamic physical marketing initiatives and brand awareness programs.

Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries, delivering practical resolutions to their concerns.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with current clients to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Provide assistance with order processing and collaborate on inventory management as needed.

As qualifications, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and demonstrate at least three years of professional experience in a related role. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in both written and verbal English are required. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proactive attitude, adaptability to evolving challenges, and a commitment to continuous learning. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial position is considered advantageous.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred for this role.

Proficient in leveraging social media marketing platforms and implementing digital engagement strategies to maximize audience interaction and brand visibility.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously with little to no oversight, managing tasks efficiently and maintaining productivity without constant guidance.

Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, or client acquisition would be beneficial.

Possesses a customer-centric mindset with a keen ability to cultivate and sustain meaningful professional relationships.
