Job Summary

Christian Medical Doctors specializing in gynecology are sought for this position, with a requirement to accommodate flexible shift arrangements. The schedule may include either alternating day and night shifts or a rotation of one week on duty followed by one week off.

Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects within defined timelines and budgets, fostering collaboration and accountability among stakeholders. Conduct thorough evaluations of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements that drive productivity and cost savings. Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing clear, data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Deliver thorough outpatient consultations, oversee antenatal and fertility clinic operations, and administer expert-level care for obstetric and gynecological conditions.

Independently execute or provide support for obstetric and gynecological surgical procedures, such as Caesarean Sections (C-S), fibroid removal, ovarian cyst excision, appendectomies, and various other gynecological operations.

Patient Management: Oversee daily ward rounds, coordinate pre- and post-operative care, and uphold the provision of exceptional, patient-focused services.

Emergency Response: Deliver continuous, round-the-clock on-site medical care throughout designated shifts while managing obstetric emergencies with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain precise medical documentation, engage in clinical audits, and partner with nursing and laboratory teams to enhance patient care outcomes.

Evaluating patients’ medical issues through a review of their histories, performing diagnostic assessments, administering treatments, providing counseling, and facilitating referrals when warranted.

Laboratory tests must be ordered, and the resulting data must be analyzed to derive meaningful clinical conclusions.

Upholding strict confidentiality and ensuring impartiality in all situations are essential responsibilities of this role.

Responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and safeguarding confidential patient data, including examination outcomes, medical records, and official reports.

Deliver comprehensive obstetric care by attending births and providing surgical interventions for patients as clinically indicated, while also conducting systematic clinical ward rounds to ensure ongoing patient monitoring and management.

Professionals are responsible for clearly communicating medical procedures and prescribed treatments to patients.

Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with healthcare providers in both community settings and hospital environments.

Facilitating health education initiatives in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Achieving the patient satisfaction benchmarks established by the hospital.

Engaging in thorough assessments and consultations regarding innovative pharmaceutical offerings with medical sales professionals.

You must stay current with advancements in medical research, emerging treatment methods, and pharmaceutical innovations to ensure optimal patient care and evidence-based practice.

Evaluating the performance and progress of trainee physicians, nurses, and medical students constitutes a core responsibility of this role.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is mandatory. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a comparable role, with a proven track record in [specific industry/field, if applicable]. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in [relevant software/tools].
