Job Summary
The Chief Supervising Officer (CSO) will oversee all security operations, manage security staff, and guarantee the strategic allocation of guards to client sites.

Develop and oversee training initiatives tailored for security personnel to enhance their skills and competencies.
Uphold high standards of discipline, professionalism, and operational efficiency among security personnel.
Maintain consistent dialogue with management to provide operational updates and discuss any challenges encountered.
Responsibilities include managing incident reports and maintaining security documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance with established protocols.
Conduct thorough background checks and implement rigorous vetting procedures to ensure the suitability of all guards.
The established work schedule encompasses regular hours, including daytime, evening, or weekend shifts as necessary to fulfill operational requirements. Employees are expected to maintain consistent availability in alignment with business demands, including potential overtime or flexible scheduling to accommodate peak periods or special projects.
Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation of accommodating varying operational schedules as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools is essential, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to present findings to stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles is preferred.
Applicants must hold a B.Sc. or HND in a related field and demonstrate 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in utilizing computers and related software applications is required.
Required is prior experience in private security operations.
