Formulate and implement strategies that are fully aligned with the Bank’s overarching goals and objectives.
Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with Oil & Gas enterprises and pivotal figures within the industry.
Conduct negotiations and develop structured financial and transactional solutions.
Oversee, mentor, and cultivate the growth of Relationship Managers and Business Development teams.
Track, analyze, and oversee performance metrics, operational pipelines, and progress toward established business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Maintain robust credit quality, implement effective risk management protocols, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and uphold Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
Act as the Bank’s ambassador at industry forums and stakeholder engagements, representing its interests and fostering key relationships.
Enhance revenue through strategic cross-selling initiatives across Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking products and services.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in project management and team leadership. Must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this position.
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required; higher qualifications are highly desirable.
With a minimum of seven to ten years of relevant professional experience—ideally gained within the Oil & Gas, Commercial, or Corporate Banking sectors—you bring a deep understanding of complex financial landscapes and structured solutions.
CBN certification is required, or it constitutes a distinct advantage for applicants.
With a demonstrated history of success in sales leadership, cultivating key relationships, and driving revenue growth, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience to the role.
