Requirements
A First Degree or equivalent qualification in a Finance-related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in Finance, Performance Management, or related roles within the Financial Services Industry.
At least 5 years of the required experience must have been at Senior Management level.
A minimum of 15 years post-graduation work experience.
At least 10 years of the total work experience must have been within the Banking Industry.
Demonstrable experience across a minimum of three (3) major areas of Banking Operations.
Possession of a recognized professional accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, or any equivalent qualification.
