We seek a dependable and diligent Male Compound Cleaner to become part of our team located in Marlboro.
Oversee a range of critical duties including the management of project timelines, coordination of team efforts, and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables while maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders to address any concerns or feedback promptly. Additionally, monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to meet organizational objectives.
Ensure the compound and its immediate surroundings remain in pristine condition by conducting regular cleaning and upkeep activities.
Perform thorough sweeping and mopping duties while ensuring all waste materials are disposed of in accordance with established sanitation protocols.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the environment on a daily basis.
Adhere to established safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure and sanitary environment.
Additional duties related to cleaning, as assigned, may be required.
Requirements
