Foster an encouraging and inclusive classroom atmosphere that accommodates a variety of learning requirements.
Evaluate and monitor student development, offering constructive feedback and modifying instructional strategies as needed.
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to foster a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
Support the students’ social and emotional growth while fostering a positive classroom environment and encouraging desirable behavior.
Attend staff meetings, engage in professional development opportunities, and take part in social events to foster collaboration and growth.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Primary Education or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Holding a valid state-issued teaching certificate or license specifically for elementary education is a prerequisite for this role.
