You will perform the following duties as part of your daily responsibilities:
Create memorable experiences for our guests by consistently delivering a warm and enthusiastic demeanor in every interaction while actively seeking opportunities to elevate their visit.
Prepare beverages by mixing, garnishing, and serving them in accordance with established recipe guidelines while prioritizing precision and customer satisfaction.
Maintain efficient bar operations by ensuring all supplies—beverages, glassware, and perishables—are properly stocked and organized to facilitate seamless service.
Efficiently and accurately process a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers, using the point-of-sale system.
Oversee product quality by maintaining accurate inventory levels and verifying the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items.
Address guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, including managing situations involving intoxicated patrons in a manner that prioritizes their well-being while maintaining a secure and respectful atmosphere.
Maintain adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the welfare of both guests and team members at the highest possible level.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in software development frameworks and methodologies is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary. Experience with agile development practices and version control systems is preferred. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities is critical. Familiarity with testing and quality assurance processes is expected.
