Job Summary
Reverse Aesthetics is looking to hire a skilled and seasoned Aesthetics Doctor to strengthen our expanding team in Lagos and Abuja.
The successful applicant must possess practical expertise in aesthetic and wellness therapies, outstanding patient care capabilities, and an in-depth knowledge of contemporary non-surgical cosmetic techniques.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards, managing a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance productivity while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and foster innovation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times. Provide leadership through clear communication, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Collaborate closely with patients to evaluate their aesthetic goals and propose appropriate treatment options tailored to their individual needs.
Conduct a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox injections, dermal fillers, advanced skin therapies, and weight loss solutions, to enhance clients’ appearance and well-being.
Track patient development and ensure the accuracy and upkeep of medical documentation.
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct at all times.
Provide clients with detailed explanations of their treatment plans as well as comprehensive guidance on proper aftercare practices.
Collaborate effectively with the clinic team to deliver outstanding client service.
Requirements
Holders of an MBBS degree or an equivalent medical qualification are required for this position.
Holding an active and unrestricted medical license is a fundamental requirement for this position.
A minimum of two years’ professional experience in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine is required.
At least one year of hands-on experience administering injectables and performing non-surgical aesthetic treatments is essential for this role.
Accomplished interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration and engagement with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
A polished and professional demeanor, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, is essential to ensure patient comfort and trust.
Demonstrates adaptability and efficiency in dynamic, high-pressure work settings while maintaining productivity and focus under tight deadlines.
Remuneration
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between N400,000 and N500,000.
