Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team coordination, and operational execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across departments. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and frontline employees to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals. Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
Provide instructional training and evaluate the performance of maritime students through classroom-based sessions and assessments.
Develop and revise course materials in strict adherence to STCW and other applicable regulatory standards to ensure compliance and educational efficacy.
Offer mentorship and support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth through tailored guidance and encouragement.
Perform comprehensive evaluations and analyses of student achievement and progress to ensure accurate measurement of learning outcomes.
Work collaboratively with fellow instructors to maintain uniform training standards and uphold the highest quality of instruction.

Seeking candidates who possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the specified domain.
