Main Function

The Caregiver delivers attentive, empathetic, and expert care to children within the display center. Responsibilities encompass overseeing activities, cultivating a secure and supportive atmosphere, and fostering each child’s physical, emotional, and social growth. Role Responsibilities

Child Supervision and Interaction

Supervise and engage children during playtime, educational activities, and mealtimes.

Deliver tailored care to each child, addressing their needs promptly and with professionalism.

Cultivate supportive connections among children to promote healthy social growth and well-being.

The Program Support role entails delivering comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining meticulous documentation to support program objectives. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in relevant software tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Additionally, the role demands exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities to address day-to-day challenges and facilitate efficient decision-making.

Provide support in the planning and execution of age-suitable educational and recreational programs.

Foster creativity, exploration, and growth by facilitating both structured and unstructured play experiences.

Oversee and track the developmental milestones and conduct of each child, promptly escalating any issues or observations to the Head of Centre for further action.

Maintain a pristine and secure setting by thoroughly sanitizing all toys, play areas, and equipment to uphold health and safety standards.

Maintain compliance with established health and safety protocols, including emergency response protocols and first aid procedures.

Provide care and assistance to children by addressing their fundamental needs, such as feeding, changing diapers, and offering support for potty training when necessary.

This role requires promptly addressing parent inquiries, providing updates on academic progress, and offering guidance on available support services. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and familiarity with compliance regulations is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing strategic plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, child development, or psychology is required, along with a valid teaching certification. Candidates must hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. Additional specialized certifications, such as those in special education or English as a Second Language (ESL), are highly desirable.

A relevant academic qualification from an accredited institution is required for this position.

Possession of certifications in child care, early childhood education, and first aid would be considered beneficial.
