Role Responsibilities
Child Supervision and Interaction
Supervise and engage children during playtime, educational activities, and mealtimes.

The Program Support role entails delivering comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining meticulous documentation to support program objectives. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in relevant software tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Provide support in the planning and execution of age-suitable educational and recreational programs.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and familiarity with compliance regulations is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing strategic plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, child development, or psychology is required, along with a valid teaching certification. Candidates must hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. Additional specialized certifications, such as those in special education or English as a Second Language (ESL), are highly desirable.
A relevant academic qualification from an accredited institution is required for this position.
Possession of certifications in child care, early childhood education, and first aid would be considered beneficial.
