Job Details
Facilitate the documentation of existing (“As-Is”) business processes across various departments.
Assist in the development of enhanced “To-Be” process flows and workflows to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential automation opportunities.
Partner with key stakeholders to collect requirements and confirm proposed process modifications.
Assist in deploying automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Take part in the evaluation of newly developed processes, systems, or enhancements through rigorous testing to ensure their functionality, reliability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities include updating process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change logs, as well as developing training materials for newly implemented workflows.
Analyze and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate process efficiency and provide data-driven insights. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive reports to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of performance metrics.
Support the facilitation of change management initiatives and enhance user adoption efforts through structured guidance and support mechanisms.
Design dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effects of process modifications.
Support the execution of pilot tests and facilitate the collection of feedback prior to full-scale implementation.
Deliver comprehensive findings along with strategic recommendations to team leads and relevant departments.
Requirements (Must Have)
Demonstrates exceptional aptitude for analytical thinking and effective problem-solving, enabling the identification of complex issues and the development of innovative solutions.
A solid grasp of process mapping techniques, including flowcharts and BPMN, is essential.
Proficiency in utilizing tools like Excel, Vision, Whimsical, Lucid chart, or comparable software is required.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions is considered a valuable asset for this role.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities are required.
Highly attentive to detail and equipped with robust organizational skills.
