Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Estate Management, Building Technology, or a related field is required.
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in soft service facility management, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering exceptional service excellence.
Proficiency in industrial cleaning methods, along with expertise in operating specialized cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals, is essential.
Capable of conducting thorough post-construction cleaning inspections and compiling accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) documentation.
Proficiency in post-construction cleaning operations is required. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in cleaning newly completed construction projects, ensuring thorough removal of debris, dust, and residues.
