Omni Fresh seeks to grow its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure throughout Lagos and is in search of a strategic Business Development Manager to enhance utilization rates across our refrigerated and frozen storage facilities.
What you’ll do
We seek a professional to identify and establish partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and importers, facilitating their seamless onboarding into our network.
Secure long-term agreements for pallet storage, ensuring consistent and reliable space allocation to meet ongoing operational demands.
Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth and business expansion.
Convert market intelligence into actionable strategies that generate revenue growth and enhance profitability by identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Position yourself at the forefront of market penetration by championing the adoption of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions, thereby expanding customer reach and reinforcing the company’s leadership in the refrigeration technology sector.
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record in business-to-business sales or business development roles is required.
Proven expertise in commercial strategy and negotiation tactics is essential.
Professionals with a background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics, supply chain management, or allied sectors are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with these industries is essential to thrive in this role.
Proficient in CRM systems and leverages data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making processes.
