Maintain classroom order by enforcing discipline and implementing approved penalties for minor infractions, while promptly referring significant disciplinary matters to the Sectional Head for further action.
Deliver compassionate pastoral care while fostering the holistic growth of students across academic, social, moral, and emotional dimensions.
Evaluate students’ classwork, tests, projects, assignments, and examinations with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely grading and constructive feedback.
Continuously track and document students’ academic progress, behavioral patterns, and overall achievements, providing timely and detailed reports for review and evaluation.
Cultivate and sustain proactive, transparent dialogue with parents or guardians to provide timely updates on students’ academic progress and overall well-being.
Foster a cooperative and supportive learning atmosphere throughout the school community, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among all members.
