Job Summary
In this position, your primary duties will involve cultivating and expanding B2B sales through the establishment of robust partnerships with corporate clients.
You will deliver customized gifting solutions, manage large-scale orders, and ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery while driving sales growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across designated functions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, resolve complex challenges, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Client Acquisition: Source and onboard new corporate clients, with an emphasis on engaging HR teams, procurement managers, executive offices, and corporate event planners.
Account Management: Cultivate and oversee corporate client relationships by comprehensively analyzing their unique gifting requirements and preferences.
Recommend bespoke gift solutions tailored to each client’s budget constraints, brand identity, and promotional goals.
Craft compelling business proposals, customized pitches, and service presentations to prospective clients with a professional touch, ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee order processing to ensure complete accuracy in customizations, branding, pricing, and delivery coordination.
Collaborate across functions by engaging closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to facilitate prompt, seamless, and undamaged deliveries.
Spearhead the corporate sales pipeline initiatives to consistently achieve and surpass predetermined monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
Following delivery, proactively contact clients to reinforce satisfaction, cultivate long-term relationships, and foster opportunities for recurring engagements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft corporate-centric campaigns, seasonal gift catalogs, and promotional initiatives that align with strategic objectives.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Familiarity with web development frameworks and version control systems is essential. Additionally, the role demands strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Education and Experience: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or possess an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role is preferred. Prior experience in project management, data analysis, or a related discipline is beneficial. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.
A minimum of two to three years of hands-on involvement in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development roles is preferred.
Proficiency in corporate gifting, luxury retail, or lifestyle industries represents a significant advantage.
Skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. A minimum of five years of experience in a financial or accounting role is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also critical requirements.
