The Contract Manager will perform various duties, which may include, but are not limited to:
Oversee all vessel contracts from the commencement of on-hire through to the conclusion of off-hire, ensuring full compliance with the terms outlined in the applicable charter party.
Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the duration of any charter agreement.
Review all inquiries and tenders to verify that the Scope of Work aligns with the operational requirements of the Company and the target vessel(s), ensuring they possess the necessary capacity, capability, and supporting infrastructure.
Ensure Commercial is promptly informed of all downtime days and any issues or deviations that could impact the charter party, invoicing, or our positive working relationship with the client.
In collaboration with the Offshore Director and the commercial team, maintain a consistent schedule of client visits to ensure strong representation of the company within the Energy and Marine sectors.
