Smart City PLC is in search of a highly motivated Project Manager to spearhead the execution of the Gaza City Osorio initiative, a premier real estate and infrastructure development project located in Sun State. This position, situated within the middle management tier, integrates hands-on project leadership with strategic business development and land sales initiatives. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical functions, including strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to drive organizational excellence. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity across departments. Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives with actionable initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of goals and resources. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development by mentoring teams and promoting best practices. Represent the organization in external engagements, such as stakeholder meetings, industry conferences, and regulatory interactions, to uphold its reputation and strategic interests. Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and industry standards while mitigating risks through proactive governance and compliance oversight.

As the leader of this project, you will be responsible for overseeing its overall direction, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the project toward its goals. Manage the complete lifecycle of Gaza City Osorio projects, encompassing strategic planning, implementation, and final delivery phases.

Oversee the management and coordination of project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Guarantee adherence to established quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and regulatory obligations throughout all operational processes.

Oversee the progress, completion of deliverables, potential risks, and financial performance of projects.

Act as the company’s official delegate at governmental, commercial, and sector-specific forums and conferences.

Engage in a minimum of three trade fairs or workshops each quarter to enhance industry presence and networking opportunities.

Responsible for monitoring and managing the organization’s infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Duties include overseeing network operations, data center management, cloud services, and hardware maintenance. Requires expertise in infrastructure design, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Must possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant tools and technologies. A background in IT infrastructure management, along with certifications in systems administration or cloud platforms, is preferred. Fortnightly progress updates must be submitted, and monthly review sessions with the MD/CEO should be attended to ensure alignment and transparency in project advancements.

Ensure adherence to the approved budget with a maximum variance of 10%, monitoring financial allocations and expenditures to prevent overruns while aligning with organizational goals. Regularly review spending patterns, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions as needed to maintain fiscal discipline and accountability.

Analyze potential risks and implement corrective actions within a ten-day timeframe to mitigate any identified issues effectively.

Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulatory standards and requirements, ensuring zero infractions in compliance protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced in overseeing real estate development projects, estate construction, or property management initiatives, with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery.

Proven track record in facilitating the sale of land or properties while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Experienced in cultivating partnerships with marketing collaborators and overseeing the progression of business development pipelines.
