The position encompasses a broad spectrum of critical tasks and obligations. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing project execution, and ensuring adherence to established protocols and deadlines. Monitor and oversee the seamless fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external vendors specializing in inverters, batteries, and UPS systems, ensuring these obligations are met consistently across all branch and offsite locations.

Oversee the supervision of service providers to guarantee prompt resolution of fault callouts, equipment malfunctions, and technical support inquiries.

Draft executive memos to secure management approval for initiatives involving power system enhancements and facility upgrades.

Prepare and distribute Letters of Purchase Orders (Los) to facilitate procurement activities and formalize contractual agreements with vendors and contractors.

Oversee mechanical services within branch development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Bank-established standards and specifications, while exercising rigorous budgetary oversight.

Assist by assessing equipment designs and choosing components to optimize lifecycle efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance.

Perform regular inspections and evaluate the performance of inverter and UPS systems to verify they operate at peak efficiency and adhere to established operational standards.

Ensure the strictest confidentiality and security when managing all Bank information, with particular emphasis on technical data and documentation.

Ensure meticulous documentation of service histories, maintenance actions, and vendor evaluations remains current and precise.

Contribute to the development of budgets and cost assessments for upgrades or new installations involving inverters, batteries, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.

Perform additional pertinent duties and support administrative functions as assigned by management.
