The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the driving force behind Working’s growth initiatives, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence. In this position, you will manage the critical first stage of our sales funnel—conducting targeted research to identify ideal partners and clients, designing and executing strategic outbound campaigns, and delivering pre-qualified, well-prepared opportunities to the Business Development team for final closure. Additionally, you will contribute to the execution of a premium series of webinars and live sessions designed to convert prospects into actionable sales pipelines. This is a dynamic, results-driven role ideal for individuals who take pride in the art of outbound outreach—crafting compelling messaging, maintaining meticulous CRM data hygiene, and executing rapid, consistent follow-ups—while cultivating a clear pathway toward advancement into a full Business Development career within a high-growth global migration platform.

Oversee a range of critical duties including the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company objectives while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Conduct thorough evaluations of operational performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness. Lead and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Drive new business growth by identifying and engaging high-value prospects through strategic lead generation initiatives and proactive sales outreach campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to fuel conversion opportunities and expand the client pipeline.

Conduct thorough research to compile and develop highly-targeted prospect lists by utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Apollo, Lush, and pertinent industry-specific directories.

Develop and implement multitouch outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring each sequence is tailored to the specific segment rather than employing a generic, mass-blast approach.

Review inbound and outbound leads to assess alignment with the established Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), promptly eliminating those that do not meet the necessary criteria.

Conduct discovery calls for the Business Development team and prepare the pre-call brief, which includes company context, timing rationale, and unique value proposition.

Conduct personalized, timely follow-up communications with leads throughout each phase of the early sales funnel.

Provide comprehensive CRM and administrative support, ensuring seamless management of customer relationships and office operations. Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical duties as needed. Proficiency in CRM software, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Maintain and update the CRM/lead tracker (Notion) by logging every account, contact, touchpoint, and outcome within 24 hours to ensure accurate and current records.

Maintain meticulous accuracy regarding stages, owners, subsequent action dates, and source attributions at all times.

Compile a weekly performance summary highlighting lead generation metrics, outreach volumes, response rates, scheduled meetings, and conversion rates across each stage of the pipeline.

Identify pipeline bottlenecks promptly and escalate them to the Partnerships & Growth Manager for resolution.

Provide comprehensive support for digital events and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement throughout each session.

Organize, promote, and execute online events, webinars, and live sessions tailored to our agency, employer, and individual audiences.

Develop or refine event-related assets, including presentation slides, social media graphics, and informational one-pagers, utilizing Canva alongside our established brand templates.

Establish and oversee registration workflows using Zoom, Google Forms, Eventbrite, or Calendly, ensuring seamless attendee sign-ups and efficient management of event access.

Responsibilities include managing all attendee communications, such as sending reminder emails, delivering day-of-event notifications, expressing gratitude through post-event thank-you messages, and distributing session replays.

Deliver comprehensive technical assistance during events, including managing polls, facilitating Q&A sessions, handling recordings, moderating live chats, and administering breakout rooms.

Responsibilities include conducting post-event lead enrichment to ensure data accuracy and completeness, subsequently routing qualified attendees into the outbound and business development pipelines for further engagement.

Cross-functional Support:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop high-impact landing pages, compelling lead magnets, and persuasive campaign messaging.

Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to conduct comprehensive account research, develop strategic pursuit plans, and craft compelling proposal materials.

Surface-level field feedback—such as customer objections, pricing concerns, or recurring inquiries—should be systematically communicated to product teams, content creators, and leadership for strategic alignment and resolution.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field. Proficiency in [specific software/tool] and strong analytical skills are essential.
