Summary

The Sales & Business Development Manager will spearhead initiatives to enhance revenue generation, extend market reach, and cultivate robust customer connections across diverse sales avenues.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation and implementation of sales strategies, uncover new business prospects, cultivate critical customer relationships, and guarantee the fulfillment of sales targets and profitability goals.

Oversee a range of critical tasks, including the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain strategic plans, policies, and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and achieve measurable results. Manage stakeholder relationships to cultivate trust, transparency, and mutual growth. Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to optimize productivity and outcomes. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in all operational activities.

Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales initiatives to ensure the attainment of company revenue targets, with a focus on expanding market presence and advancing organizational objectives.

Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet both individual and team performance targets. Set defined expectations, track productivity levels, deliver consistent feedback, and cultivate an environment that drives high performance.

Branch Performance Management entails conducting systematic on-site evaluations of each branch to evaluate sales execution, customer interaction quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational benchmarks.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead business development and market expansion initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects, forging strategic partnerships, and cultivating diverse distribution channels that drive sustainable growth. This role involves establishing and nurturing robust relationships with essential customers, distributors, and key stakeholders, while proactively assessing and pursuing avenues to strengthen and broaden the company’s market footprint.

Monitor product sales performance across all locations and implement proactive measures to enhance overall product effectiveness. Recognize underperforming products and design strategic sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost product exposure, expedite sales velocity, and streamline inventory turnover.

Enhance customer relationships by cultivating stronger acquisition, retention, and loyalty through the delivery of outstanding customer experiences at every interaction point.

Play a key role in executing brand activation strategies and strengthening market presence by engaging in promotional events, trade shows, community outreach, product launches, and other customer-centric initiatives designed to elevate brand awareness and drive sales growth.

This position involves leveraging data to enhance business strategies by evaluating sales performance, market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions. The role includes compiling and delivering regular reports on sales and business expansion, emphasizing key performance metrics and actionable recommendations that drive sustained improvements.

Collaborate across departments—including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Inventory, Customer Service, and Human Resources—to align business objectives and drive the successful implementation of growth strategies.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of six years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial Management, or a comparable field is required.

Proficiency in the Cosmetics, Beauty, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods sectors is strongly preferred.

Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales and business growth objectives.

A suitable candidate must reside near Trade Fair, Jo, as this position requires full-time on-site attendance and cannot be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.
