As a Business Developer for Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading business expansion by uncovering untapped opportunities, onboarding high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants, and fostering widespread product adoption.
Job Responsibilities
Market Research & Outreach: Pinpoint and engage essential merchants spanning multiple market sectors to promote PWT offerings, including merchant loans, strategic partnerships, and digital payment solutions, utilizing a range of channels such as comprehensive online directories, industry events, and trusted referrals.
Initiate strategic outreach to prospective clients, cultivating meaningful relationships and coordinating meetings or product demonstrations to effectively showcase the advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s full range of solutions.
Conducting thorough evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment systems, and key challenges is essential to accurately determine their unique needs and obstacles, enabling the delivery of customized solutions.
Crafting Tailored Presentations: Effectively demonstrate Palm Pay’s services by emphasizing key features, functionalities, and projected returns on investment, with presentations customized to meet the specific needs of each merchant, particularly Key and High-quality merchants.
Cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with critical stakeholders in client organizations is essential, requiring a blend of industry knowledge, dependability, and timely communication.
Skilled at negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements, you will drive discussions to finalize deals that align with company policies while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide technical expertise, and facilitate smooth implementation of selected services.
