Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our team in Lagos.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for discovering and evaluating new business prospects, cultivating a robust pipeline of potential clients, and accelerating expansion within strategic market segments.
Responsibilities encompass identifying potential clients through diligent research and proactive outreach initiatives, facilitating client engagements via meetings and presentations, and meticulously crafting proposals and quotations to support sales efforts.
This position entails cultivating and sustaining strong connections with current accounts, collecting valuable input, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements.
The Business Development Executive will track market trends, analyze competitor actions, and stay updated on industry advancements to shape sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in specific software or tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is beneficial.

Possesses a robust understanding of business principles, enabling the effective identification of customer needs, market trends, and sustainable packaging innovations. Demonstrates keen insight into industry dynamics and the ability to align solutions with both business objectives and environmental sustainability.
Skilled in effectively conveying ideas during client meetings, negotiations, and presentations, as well as fostering strong internal collaboration.
Seeking professionals with a proven track record in account management to cultivate enduring client relationships, oversee strategic portfolios, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in B2B sales environments, with preference given to experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, or analogous sectors.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives, coupled with a disciplined approach to managing a well-organized sales pipeline.
Expertise in analyzing data, negotiating effectively, and resolving challenges, all supported by a methodical, evidence-based decision-making process.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience—is required.
Professional individuals should be comfortable working on-site in Lagos and prepared to undertake local travel for client engagements as necessary.
