The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the driving force behind Working’s growth initiatives. In this role, you will manage the initial stages of our sales pipeline—conducting targeted research to identify ideal partners and clients, developing high-conversion outbound campaigns, and delivering warm, thoroughly prepared leads to the Business Development team for final conversion. Additionally, you will play a key role in executing a premium calendar of webinars and live sessions designed to convert prospects into sales opportunities. Responsibilities

Spearhead lead generation initiatives and execute strategic sales outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential clients, fostering relationships that drive revenue growth and business expansion.

Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Apollo, Lush, and industry-specific directories to develop comprehensive and highly targeted prospect lists.

Develop and implement strategic multitouch outbound campaigns through targeted cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and other relevant channels, ensuring each sequence is meticulously tailored to the specific audience segment rather than employing a generic, mass-blast approach.

This role requires proficiency in webinar platforms, troubleshooting audiovisual issues, and maintaining engagement through live moderation and post-event follow-ups. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and prior experience in virtual event production or support. Responsibilities include configuring event settings, coordinating with presenters, addressing technical challenges in real time, and analyzing engagement metrics to refine future initiatives.
