Job Summary
Business Developer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and increasing revenue for an organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
Generate and qualify sales leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with management to develop business growth strategies.
Create and implement business development plans.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is often preferred.
