Role Summary
We seek a dynamic Brand Associate to assist in the formulation and implementation of brand strategies for our clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and creative teams to ensure cohesive, compelling brand messaging across every channel.
Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and delivering high-quality results within specified deadlines. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication, alignment, and collaboration on organizational goals. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in workplace productivity.
Conduct in-depth brand research and analyze market insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance competitive positioning.
Design and implement comprehensive brand campaigns across various digital platforms.
Oversee the planning and organization of content calendars and facilitate the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and detailed client reports.
Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate data to derive actionable insights, ensuring accurate measurement and interpretation of trends to support informed decision-making.
Maintain uniformity and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials and communications.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline is required.
Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program.
