Java Construction Ltd. is looking for a skilled and seasoned Batching Plant Operator to strengthen our workforce. The chosen individual will oversee the operation and control of the concrete batching plant, guaranteeing the delivery of premium-quality concrete that meets approved mix designs and project-specific requirements.
Operate and manage the batching plant to manufacture concrete in accordance with predetermined mix designs.

Oversee plant machinery and systems to maintain optimal operational efficiency throughout production cycles.
Accurate measurement and batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures must be meticulously executed.
Perform regular inspections of the batching plant and immediately document any observed faults for further action.
Collaborate closely with Quality Control team members to uphold and verify adherence to established product quality standards.
Oversee the accurate documentation of daily production volumes, material utilization, and equipment performance metrics. Ensure all records, including production logs, consumption data, and equipment logs, are maintained in compliance with established standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and housekeeping standards of the batching plant area.
Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations without exception.
Provide support to maintenance staff as needed during plant servicing and repair operations.
The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least five years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software platforms and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are also required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance standards is a must. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently is paramount.
A minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Trade Test certification, or an equivalent credential in Engineering or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of ten years of hands-on experience in operating a concrete batching plant is required.
Proficient in concrete production procedures and batching software applications.
Proficient in analyzing concrete mix designs and production schedules.
Possesses a solid understanding of plant maintenance principles and adept troubleshooting methodologies.
