We seek a highly motivated and meticulous workshop supervisor to oversee the efficient, profitable, and secure operation of our collision repair facility, encompassing both panel beating and spray-painting services.

Duties and responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks essential to the role, ensuring all operational and procedural requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Responsible for overseeing client relationships, guiding team performance, and establishing key parameters to enhance asset utilization and elevate overall customer satisfaction.

To prepare and submit technical reports on workshops on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the Management.

Develop and maintain comprehensive action plans alongside regular status updates for all vehicles currently undergoing service in the workshop.

Technical support is provided to the workshop team for intricate diagnostic tasks.

By providing direct guidance and close supervision, we aim to minimize recurring issues and ensure that technicians complete their assigned tasks effectively.

Enhance team performance by implementing clear, consistent reporting practices and fostering open, transparent communication channels.

Supervise the continuous functioning of workshop activities on a daily basis.

Maintain optimal performance and reliability of tools and equipment by conducting regular audits, ensuring all hand tools are promptly replenished, and strictly enforcing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols within the workshop.

Before deliveries, a thorough final inspection of all repairs must be conducted to ensure complete accuracy and adherence to required standards.

Strive to meet and exceed the profitability targets outlined in the approved budget through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are necessary. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls is a must. Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance is required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus.

A valid driver’s license and the capacity to operate a motor vehicle are essential prerequisites for this position.

With at least three years of practical experience in overseeing workshop teams, you will bring valuable leadership and operational expertise to this role.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related field is required.

Proficiency in using computers constitutes an additional asset.
