Responsibilities

Drive consistent growth in sales performance by meeting predetermined monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the company’s two-wheeler product portfolio.

Build and sustain robust partnerships with dealers, sub-dealers, fleet purchasers, and individual consumers to foster long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.

Proactively seek and integrate new dealers and retail partners within designated geographic areas.

Field visits are conducted to actively promote products, foster engagement with potential clients, and ultimately secure sales opportunities.

Analyze competitors’ actions, pricing approaches, and market developments; deliver consistent updates to leadership.

Devise and implement strategic trade and consumer promotions aimed at enhancing brand recognition and expanding product market share.

Assist dealers in optimizing inventory management, enhancing brand visibility, and executing retail activations to drive sell-out performance.

Work collaboratively with the after-sales and logistics teams to guarantee punctual delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Compile and distribute sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, along with providing timely market intelligence updates to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to established company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards within the market.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
