The successful candidate will possess prior experience as an ERP consultant or functional specialist, demonstrate a strong grasp of enterprise operations, and hold a finance or accounting background. This position will involve close collaboration with product engineers, technical teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate seamless and efficient ERP implementation.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals, and developing strategic plans to enhance performance and growth. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various departments to streamline processes, monitoring key performance indicators to assess progress, and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and accountability. The position also requires evaluating team member performance, identifying training needs, and implementing improvement initiatives. Furthermore, it entails maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations while addressing any operational challenges that may arise.

Lead comprehensive ERP implementations from start to finish, encompassing detailed requirements gathering, thorough process analysis, precise system configuration, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and ongoing post-implementation support.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to analyze operational processes and convert business needs into effective ERP system configurations.

Configure and deploy Odor ERP modules to support essential business functions, including finance, sales, procurement, inventory management, operational workflows, and reporting capabilities.

Facilitate structured discovery sessions, collaborative workshops, and detailed solution walkthroughs with stakeholders to establish system requirements and define the scope of implementation.

Evaluate current business operations and devise enhancements that boost productivity by leveraging ERP system functionalities.

Work collaboratively with product engineers and technical teams to convert functional requirements into system enhancements and solutions.

Design and implement system workflows, approval processes, user roles, data structures, and reporting frameworks to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency.

Conduct functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that the system operates in accordance with established business requirements prior to deployment.

Assess functional shortcomings and process inefficiencies during implementation phases, collaborating with product and engineering teams to devise pragmatic solutions.

Facilitate the deployment and successful launch of the ERP system while maintaining uninterrupted operational workflows and minimizing potential disruptions.

To create comprehensive user documentation, system guides, and training materials that facilitate the successful adoption of the ERP system among teams and client organizations.

Deliver comprehensive training programs and ongoing functional assistance to internal teams and external clients throughout the system implementation process and beyond.

Monitor system usage following implementation to evaluate efficiency, pinpoint potential enhancements, and propose strategic upgrades aimed at optimizing ERP performance.

Deliver constructive feedback and strategic insights to product teams, fostering ongoing enhancements to ERP platform functionalities.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, system design, or a comparable technical discipline. Proficiency in multiple programming languages—such as Python, Java, or C++—alongside expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative teamwork, and excellent communication skills are required to thrive in this dynamic environment. The role demands adaptability to evolving technologies, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within defined timelines.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Odor ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems deployment is required.

Skilled in deploying diverse ERP modules and tailoring enterprise workflows to organizational needs.

Proficient in converting business needs into detailed functional system specifications and ERP configurations.

Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams with clarity and diplomacy.

Proficiency in finance or accounting processes constitutes a significant advantage for candidates applying for this position.

Experience with ERP platforms such as Odor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, or comparable systems is advantageous.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively. Proficiency in utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including but not limited to Odor and Oracle, is required.

Project management expertise is essential, requiring a proven track record in overseeing projects from initiation through completion. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams are critical.
