Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to align objectives and expectations. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while promoting ethical standards and corporate responsibility. Additionally, manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee project timelines to optimize productivity and achieve key performance indicators.
Support product planning initiatives, gather essential requirements, and contribute to the development of features.
Craft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and related product documentation to clearly define project objectives, features, and specifications.
Perform in-depth market and user research to pinpoint customer needs and emerging industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and user research, to achieve shared objectives.
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement, then propose strategic recommendations for improvement.
Assist with the execution of product rollouts and facilitate project management tasks.
Requirements
A recognized university must confer a bachelor’s degree or higher.
