Job Summary

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate – Financial Advisory professional to assist with transaction execution, financial analysis, valuation, and advisory engagements spanning multiple industries.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established protocols, providing leadership and direction to team members as needed. Implement strategies to optimize workflow and enhance productivity, identifying and addressing any operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and foster a cohesive work environment. Maintain clear communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and safety standards at all times. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to support team growth and retention.

Perform comprehensive analyses of industry trends and market conditions to provide robust support for advisory projects.

Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct in-depth valuation analyses to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic decision-making.

Help develop client pitches, presentations, and transaction documentation to support deal execution and client engagement efforts.

Assist with capital raising initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring efforts, and due diligence processes.

Examine financial statements and assess overall business performance to derive actionable insights.

Develop comprehensive reports and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Ensure all client and stakeholder inquiries receive timely responses, maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency in communication.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to facilitate the timely completion of projects.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years’ experience in the industry, proficiency in project management tools, and strong analytical abilities. The ideal applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams effectively. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is essential, as is the capability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proven expertise in financial analysis and modeling is essential.
