Job Summary
Our client is in search of a highly analytical and meticulous Associate – Financial Advisory professional to assist with transaction execution, financial analysis, valuation, and advisory projects spanning multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive industry and market research to bolster advisory projects.
Construct financial models and conduct valuation analyses with precision and expertise.
Aid in the development of client pitches, presentations, and transaction-related documentation.
Assist in capital raising initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring efforts, and due diligence projects.
Examine financial statements and evaluate business performance to derive strategic insights and inform decision-making processes.
Develop comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations tailored to client needs.
Address all inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to guarantee the prompt and successful completion of projects.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, specifically a B.Sc., in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely aligned field is required.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, encompassing the development, interpretation, and application of complex financial models to drive strategic decision-making and business insights.
Proficient in conducting thorough research, delivering compelling presentations, and conveying information with clarity and professionalism.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and the ability to evaluate information critically.
Demonstrates exceptional precision and meticulousness in tasks, coupled with a strong capacity for maintaining structured and efficient workflows.
