Perform research tasks and gather relevant information as designated by department heads.
Attend meetings with department heads, document key discussions, and ensure all action items are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Oversee financial outlays and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts to maintain fiscal integrity.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
Preserve strict confidentiality and exercise discernment when dealing with sensitive data.
Additionally, you may be tasked with various other assignments as deemed necessary by the company or its authorized representatives.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of four years of professional experience in administration, accounting, and office operations is required.
