MAIN FUNCTIONS
To deliver assigned scope of work successfully, the incumbent will be tasked with implementing the Project Quality Plan.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions tailored to essential personnel to enhance their skills and performance within the organization.
Develop and implement Surveillance Plans to effectively execute Surveillance Programs, while maintaining continuous monitoring and conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
Report any quality discrepancies, project status updates, performance metrics, and key learnings to the Project Management team in a timely and accurate manner.
Oversee initiatives aimed at addressing quality concerns and enhancing quality-related processes.
You may assume the responsibilities of a Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) or Site Quality Coordinator (SQC) on an interim basis until a permanent assignment is made.

To guarantee the establishment and effective execution of robust control processes within the subproject Project Team (PT), in alignment with the Project Plan and Project Quality Plan, meticulous oversight and adherence to predefined protocols are required.
Oversee the Contractor’s execution of their Quality program and ensure adherence to all project requirements.
The organization responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) for Contractors must be endorsed, and the performance of critical QA personnel must be continuously evaluated.
Examine the Contractor’s standard contract and purchase order quality requirements’ language for compliance and accuracy.
The Contractor’s Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (Its) must be thoroughly evaluated and authorized by the assigned individual.
Conduct routine evaluations of the Contractor’s operations to assess and track the effectiveness of their Quality Management systems implementation.
Engage in the thorough assessment and approval process of prospective Subcontractors or Suppliers to ensure they meet all specified qualification criteria.
Ensure contractor surveillance activities align with established Criticality Ratings to maintain appropriate oversight and risk mitigation.
Review the Contractor’s quality audit schedule, oversee the Contractor’s audit program, and engage in specific audits as needed.
Collaborate with the Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) to evaluate and approve the Quality Plans for suppliers of critical equipment and materials.
Ensure the Contractor adheres to the contractually stipulated reporting standards, delivering accurate and timely data in compliance with the agreed-upon specifications.
Oversee and assess the execution of the PT Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
Deliver comprehensive quality training programs tailored to organizational needs as specified.
Develop and oversee the subproject Audit Schedule, perform site audits within assigned subprojects, and provide support to the Quality Manager in executing project audits as necessary.
Review metrics from engineering, procurement, and construction sites to identify and assist in resolution of issues
Provide support to the function in the recruitment process for Statistical Quality Control (SQC) roles and offer guidance to sites in the selection of qualified inspectors.
Oversee the Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs in the interim period until the designated coordinator—such as the PQC or SQC—is officially appointed.
Review and contribute, as needed, to the preparation and enhancement of the Quality section within site close-out reports.
Provide guidance and updates to both the Project Manager and Quality Manager regarding quality-related concerns, current status, and performance metrics.
Implement best practices and company lessons learned while identifying and distributing new insights as required by organizational protocols.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Demonstrates expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning to drive informed decision-making. Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals. Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field. Exhibits exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to navigate complex business challenges. Maintains proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including advanced Excel, and stays current with emerging trends and best practices.
Applicants must possess a demonstrated background in overseeing quality assurance and control processes specifically within the realms of field construction and completions operations.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or Science.
Professional certifications in technical disciplines aligned with relevant practical experience are required.
Willing and able to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide various levels of support
Professionals with a proven track record in Quality Management are sought, having held accountable positions overseeing quality assurance and control initiatives across diverse Oil and Gas facilities. The role demands expertise in coordinating and implementing quality-related project activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
