Job Summary
We seek a meticulously organized and affable Front Desk/Admin Officer to oversee reception duties and deliver comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful applicant will serve as the primary liaison for visitors and contribute significantly to maintaining seamless office functionality.

Responses to phone calls, emails, and other direct inquiries should be handled with professionalism and efficiency. All correspondence and communications must be addressed in a timely and courteous manner to ensure a positive experience for the recipient.
Responsible for organizing calendars, coordinating appointments, and reserving meeting spaces.
Oversee the management and replenishment of office supplies to ensure an adequate and uninterrupted inventory. Perform a range of administrative duties to support daily operations and maintain organizational efficiency.
Assist HR and management by maintaining accurate documentation and organizing files efficiently.
Maintain a clean and inviting reception area at all times, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] and strong analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
