Job Summary
A highly organized and personable Front Desk/Admin Officer is sought to oversee reception duties and deliver comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and contribute significantly to maintaining seamless office operations.
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects to ensure they meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with organizational goals and facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. Lead initiatives that drive innovation, process optimization, and sustainable growth within the organization. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies throughout all operations.
Greet visitors courteously and provide them with attentive assistance in a polished and professional demeanor.
Professionally manage incoming telephone calls, electronic correspondence, and direct inquiries with appropriate responses.
Responsibilities include overseeing the coordination of schedules, appointments, and the reservation of meeting rooms.
Oversee the procurement, organization, and inventory of essential office supplies while efficiently managing routine administrative duties to support seamless daily operations.
Assist HR and management by preparing, organizing, and maintaining essential documentation and records to ensure accurate and efficient filing systems. Provide support in managing administrative tasks related to HR processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and inviting reception area at all times.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in business administration or a closely related discipline is required.
Demonstrated expertise in front desk operations or administrative functions is required.
Exhibits exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication, along with the ability to foster productive interpersonal relationships.
Skilled in utilizing MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a high degree of proficiency.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on priorities.
A polished and professional demeanor coupled with a strong commitment to customer service, both with visitors and colleagues.
