Job Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and approachable Front Desk/Admin Officer to oversee reception responsibilities and deliver administrative assistance. The preferred applicant will serve as the initial point of contact for guests and contribute significantly to maintaining efficient office functionality.

Key accountabilities include overseeing project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints, leading cross-functional teams to drive project success, and identifying potential risks to implement proactive mitigation strategies. Additionally, the role requires maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to provide regular updates and gather feedback, analyzing performance metrics to assess progress and inform decision-making, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Responsibilities also encompass mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth, as well as ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately

Oversee the coordination of schedules, appointments, and meeting room reservations to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Oversee the management of office supplies and perform various administrative duties to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Provide comprehensive assistance to HR and management by managing documentation and maintaining organized filing systems.

Maintain a neat and inviting reception area to create a positive first impression for visitors.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and at least three years of relevant work experience. Familiarity with software development methodologies, version control systems like Git, and Agile/Scrum practices is essential. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are also required.

A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in business administration or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in front desk operations or administrative support functions is essential.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively. Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural differences and adeptness at building rapport in professional interactions.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities.
