Oversee and coordinate executives’ schedules, appointments, and calendars to ensure optimal organization and efficiency.
Prepare, transcribe, and disseminate letters, reports, and additional written materials as required.
Develop comprehensive meeting agendas and prepare all necessary supporting materials in advance.
Accurately document and circulate meeting minutes in a timely manner.
Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external communications, addressing inquiries and facilitating prompt responses to ensure seamless interaction across all parties.
Prepare standard letters and communications, and address and reply to inquiries as instructed.
Responsible for tracking office supply levels and promptly placing orders to ensure adequate stock at all times.
Oversee the upkeep of office equipment and arrange for professional repairs as necessary.
Ensure the integrity and precision of all records and database systems by meticulously updating and verifying information on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate and organized records of organizational documents through proper documentation and filing practices.
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information and documentation.
