As a fundamental requirement, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a closely related role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards is also required to ensure adherence to organizational and industry guidelines.
Established track record in administrative support, office coordination, or secretarial functions is essential for this position.
