Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
Assist with reporting, correspondence, and administrative documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
2–4 years experience in an administrative or office support role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
