Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide variance analysis.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
