Base compensation amounts to three hundred fifty thousand dollars per month.
The organization is in search of a highly skilled and meticulous Senior Accounts Officer to strengthen their finance department.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functions, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive performance, foster innovation, and align with organizational goals. Monitor progress through key performance indicators, provide data-driven insights, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication, resolve challenges, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Additionally, lead training programs, mentor staff, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Prepare and meticulously examine financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Oversee the preparation and review of account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Verify adherence to tax regulations and statutory obligations consistently.
Oversee financial resources by tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures, and managing cash flow to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.
Provide assistance for auditing processes and financial planning initiatives.
Leverage ERP systems to manage financial operations and generate comprehensive reports.
We seek candidates who possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities, are required. Applicants should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance is required.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and tax compliance is required.
Proficiency in ERP systems is considered a beneficial asset.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and effective communication.
