Responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and organizing filing systems in accordance with established standards.
Assist with the preparation of payroll and the monitoring of expenses.
Oversee the tracking and reconciliation of financial inflows and outflows to ensure accurate and timely management of funds.
Compile weekly and monthly financial statements to provide accurate and timely financial insights.
Provide support in reconciling bank statements with account records and ensuring accurate balancing of financial accounts.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and operational expenses to ensure financial transparency and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to established financial control frameworks and organizational policies, maintaining rigorous compliance throughout all financial operations and transactions.
Provide support for audit and financial review processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Requirements
Holds an HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and various accounting tools and software platforms is required.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision are essential for success in this role.
Skilled in analyzing information and maintaining strong organizational abilities.
