Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited is a licensed Mortgage Bank in Nigeria, authorized by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide mortgage banking and related financial services. Originally established in 1992 as Citizens Savings and Loans Limited, the company underwent a name change in 1997, becoming New Patriot Building Society Limited. In August 2007, Guaranty Trust Bank plc acquired the company as a wholly-owned subsidiary, rebranding it as GT Homes Limited to align with GT Bank’s corporate identity. Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited officially commenced operations under its current name in January 2008.
