We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Director to lead our Lagos-based Visual Information (VI) division. We seek an accomplished Practice Director to oversee the daily functions of a top-tier law firm and act as the operational right hand to the Founding Partner.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties essential to the role, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution. Responsible for managing the firm’s overall operations, administrative functions, information technology infrastructure, facility management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Oversee financial planning, invoicing, receivables, financial statements, and profit monitoring to ensure fiscal accuracy and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee performance, fostering engagement initiatives, and developing staff capabilities.
Deliver outstanding client service and address elevated client issues effectively.
Facilitate business expansion efforts, enhance firm-wide branding strategies, coordinate key events, and drive strategic growth initiatives to strengthen market presence and long-term sustainability.

Candidates must fulfill several key qualifications to be considered for this role. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable position. Hold a degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in legal practice management, billing systems, and document management solutions.
