Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with Nigeria Labour Laws, managing HR budgeting and forecasting, maintaining HR databases, and handling compensation management. A key requirement is the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives to contribute effectively to organizational success.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of three years in a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in relevant software applications is a must. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is critical. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is advantageous. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are highly valued.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required. Possession of a master’s degree is highly desirable.
With a proven track record spanning five to ten years in the human resources domain, you have consistently delivered impactful outcomes.
A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in manufacturing setup is essential for this role.
Membership in CI PMN and/or possession of PHR and/or SPHR credentials is highly advantageous.
